Taft is pleased to announce that Indianapolis partner Jeff Abrams has been selected as a 2019 Distinguished Barrister by The Indiana Lawyer.

The Indiana Lawyer annually honors Indiana attorneys who make meaningful contributions not only to the legal profession but to their communities and beyond. The Distinguished Barrister and Up and Coming Lawyer Awards honor such members of the legal community. Abrams is featured along with the other honorees in the May 1 issue of The Indiana Lawyer.

Abrams is a member of Taft’s Real Estate group and represents banks and lending institutions, developers, landlords, tenants, builders, contractors and all types of business owners. He has represented companies and lenders in documenting different types of transactions, including acquisition and development of land, shopping centers, office and industrial buildings, acquisition of businesses, development loans, construction loans and leases for various property types. Abrams is a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and serves on the board of directors for Indiana Golf Foundation and First Tee of Greater Indianapolis. He is a past president of the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Foundation.
