Aftim Appointed to Associate Board of Recovery Resources
Taft Cleveland associate Mira Aftim has been appointed as a member of Recovery Resources’ Associate Board.
Recovery Resources helps people triumph over mental illness, alcoholism, drug, and other addictions. The Associate Board promotes the mission, goals, and objectives of Recovery Resources and is comprised of vibrant, community-minded, young professionals and volunteers. The Associate Board embraces a comprehensive strategy of community outreach through awareness, education, social, and fundraising activities, focusing on their main annual event, the Run for Recovery
Aftim is an associate in Taft’s Compliance, Investigations, and White Collar Defense practice group. She focuses her practice on internal corporate investigations and defending companies and individuals in criminal and administrative matters involving the DOJ, FBI, SEC, FINRA, FDA, IRS, HHS, OSHA, Ohio Attorney’s General Office, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, and other federal and state investigative agencies.
