Amarilio Receives Milton H. Gray Award
Taft attorney Jonathan B. Amarilio received the Milton H. Gray Award from the Chicago Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Section (YLS). The award recognizes outstanding project leadership by a member throughout the bar year.
Amarilio received the award for chairing the YLS L.E.A.D. (Lawyer Engagement and Development) Committee and for spearheading a series of panel discussions on topics of interest to associates at large law firms. He serves as the first vice-chair of the YLS.
Amarilio is an associate in Taft’s Litigation group. He focuses his practice on civil appellate litigation. He has experience representing individuals, small businesses, state and local governments and a number of Fortune 500 companies before state and federal appellate courts, primarily the Illinois Appellate Court, the Illinois Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
