Arnold Selected as Speaker for Two Illinois Real Estate Journal Events
Kathryn Kovitz Arnold, chair of Taft’s Real Estate and Condominium groups, has been invited to participate in two events hosted by the Illinois Real Estate Journal.
Arnold will serve as a moderator for the “From The Top” panel presentation at the 19th Annual Chicago CRE Forecast Conference on Jan. 7, 2021. Arnold’s panel is comprised of top executives from some of the most prominent contractor, developer, and investment firms in the CRE industry. The panelists will provide their unique perspectives of the industry’s future and the counsel they may recommend to C-level executives to proactively face the post-pandemic challenges to come.

Arnold will also serve as a speaker for the Second Annual Chicago Women in Commercial Real Estate virtual event on Jan. 21, 2021. Arnold has played a key role in shaping the landscape of many of Chicago’s most diverse neighborhoods and business communities, through her wide-ranging real estate practice. She handles all aspects of condominium law, from development to working with homeowner’s associations and deconversions. She assists clients in the areas of real estate development, leasing, mixed-use projects, restaurants, mixed-use high-rise development, vertical subdivisions and separations, and commercial financing (lender and borrower representation).
