On April 4, Art McMahon presented at the Hot Market Watch 7th Annual International Trade Conference, sponsored by the Southern Ohio District Export Council and Xavier University. The theme of the conference was "Selling to: India, Indonesia, Russia and South Korea," and McMahon’s topic was "Russia & The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA): A Roadmap."

McMahon is a partner in the firm’s Business & Finance group. He advises boards of directors and senior management of public companies on corporate governance and securities matters, including internal and governmental investigations, accounting restatements, FCPA and other anti-corruption matters, major business combinations and compliance with SEC and stock exchange requirements.
