Bautista is a partner in Taft’s Intellectual Property and Litigation Practice groups and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He is a trial lawyer who has extensive first-chair litigation and trial experience. Having a background in science, Bautista has litigated numerous cases throughout the United States involving trademarks, patents, copyrights and trade secrets.
Crocker is an effective and experienced trial attorney who focuses her practice on commercial transactions and business litigation matters. She regularly represents clients in shareholder disputes, real property matters, and M&A-related claims involving private equity and venture-backed companies. Crocker is familiar with and has handled all aspects of pre-trial and post-trial litigation. She has extensive first-chair jury trial experience and routinely represents clients in arbitration proceedings.
