The program is designed for diverse, high-potential, early career attorneys at LCLD-member organizations. The program provides “Pathfinders” with practical tools for developing and leveraging their internal professional networks through relationship-building skills and helps them develop an understanding of career development strategies applicable to both in-house and law firm practicing attorneys.
Bell and Porter will embark on a seven-month multifaceted program consisting of in-person meetings, online learning, collaboration with LCLD Fellows and peer networking opportunities.
Bell and Porter are associates in Taft’s Commercial Litigation group.
