Taft partners Tracy Betz and Manny Herceg co-presented at the webinar, “When You Can’t Wait – TROs and Injunctions: An Interactive Discussion,” hosted by the Indianapolis Bar Association on Oct. 27. The program featured mock cases to teach attendees what clients want, what judges need to hear, and how to leverage injunctions for issues that cannot wait for trial.

Betz is a partner in Taft’s Litigation practice and provides strategic advice regarding contract disputes, intellectual property, trade secret management, non-compete and securities issues. She has extensive first chair experience and regularly represents clients in both state and federal courts. Betz is also co-chair of the firm’s Gender Advancement Committee.

Herceg is an experienced litigator and municipal lawyer. He routinely represents companies and municipalities in state and federal courts across the country in business and contract disputes, injunctive relief, trade secret and fraud claims, trademark disputes, construction disputes, warranty claims, election contests and director and officer liability issues. He also advises cities, towns and counties on compliance, procurement, economic development and other matters.
