Bilott has been dubbed as “The Lawyer Who Became DuPont’s Worst Nightmare” by The New York Times Magazine in an article published on Jan. 6, 2016 for his pivotal role in the litigation against DuPont. He was interviewed in the recently released documentary “The Devil We Know,” which details the DuPont case and its impact on a group of citizens in Parkersburg, W.Va.
