Blunt to Speak at InnoPower Minority Business Conference
Camille Blunt, director of public affairs, will be a speaker at the InnoPower Minority Business Conference, which will be held June 16-17. She will participate in the June 17 session titled “Fireside Chat: Supplier Diversity and the City of Indianapolis.” Blunt and co-presenter David Fredricks, director of the Office of Minority and Women Business Development, will discuss the city of Indianapolis’ goals for diversifying its contract awards.
Blunt has over 15 years of legislative lobbying experience at the local, state, and federal levels. She represents clients in a wide range of policy matters before state legislative and executive agencies and is regularly called upon to advocate the interest of clients on government contracts, grant and incentive programs, and legislative and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Taft, Blunt served as director of the Office of Minority and Women Business Development in the Indianapolis Mayor’s Office.
