The nine honorees were recognized for being standout leaders in law for their pro bono work, commitment to community service, professional mentorship, and for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Boulette is a skilled family law attorney and chair of the firm’s national Domestic Relations practice. They advocate for clients in the areas of divorce, child custody, family law appeals, and issues involving LGBTQ+ families. Boulette joined Taft in 2021, creating the firm’s Minneapolis family law practice with eight diverse or female team members. Boulette regularly serves as an adjunct professor, teaching courses on family law and mindfulness and law; are faculty at continuing education seminars for judges, lawyers, and mediators; and author articles, columns, and other resources for family law attorneys, including Minnesota Family Law, the state’s definitive practice guide on divorce, child custody, and family law.
