Breit Joins Taft’s Finance Practice Group
Kelsie L. Breit has joined Taft’s Finance practice group in the firm’s Indianapolis office. Breit focuses her practice on all aspects of lending and finance law. Her experience includes representing financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including secured syndicated and single bank credit agreements, asset-based lending transactions, complex real estate development financings, and acquisition financings.
Breit earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Michigan.
Prior to joining Taft, Breit was an associate at another Midwest-based Am Law 100 law firm where she practiced commercial finance.
