Taft is pleased to announce that Minneapolis attorney Chelsey Buck has been selected as one of Finance & Commerce’s Top Women in Finance 2024. Buck is one of 34 women recognized for this year’s award. This honor is given to women in finance for their outstanding contributions and the impact they have had on their industry and within their communities. Honorees are paving the way for future generations of women in the profession.

Buck is an associate in Taft’s Minneapolis office and primarily focuses her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and emerging companies and general corporate law. She counsels businesses on legal issues encountered throughout their life cycles, including corporate structuring and entity formation, corporate governance, contract negotiation, corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions.
