Taft attorneys Blake Burgan and Kristine Gordon presented “Updating Policies and Handbooks” at the Indiana Municipal Personnel Administrators for Cities and Towns (IMPACT) Spring Meeting on March 2. The event featured a series of discussions designed to teach and grow human resources professionals.

Burgan concentrates on employment law and litigation for business and governmental clients. He litigates a wide variety of employment issues in federal and state courts, including employment discrimination, harassment, and wrongful discharge. 

Gordon assists clients in a wide variety of civil litigation. She has experience in all aspects of litigation and has represented clients in both state and federal court cases involving complex business, employment, and environmental litigation matters.
