Caruso to Serve as Panelist at IU Kelley Private Equity Conference
Taft partner Ralph Caruso will be a panelist at the session titled “The Art of Fundraising: How to Best Adapt to the Changing Environment” at the 4th Annual IU Kelley School of Business Private Equity Conference on Oct. 24 in Indianapolis. The conference includes discussions on the most relevant topics in private equity and provide a forum for leading professionals in and around the private equity community to make new connections.
Caruso is chair of Taft’s Business and Finance group and has substantial experience advising private equity funds and strategic investors in connection with complex domestic and cross-border merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions. For nearly 25 years, he has represented leading private equity funds and well-known domestic and multi-national companies in some of their most sensitive and important transactions.
