Sherman & Howard trial and regulatory lawyer Christian Hendrickson received the Rocky Mountain Home Association’s (RMHA) Hale Davenport Award for 2024.

Recognized on the Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers lists for litigation, Hendrickson is a trial lawyer and regulatory lawyer who focuses his practice on dispute resolution in a wide range of industries, including construction, business, and real estate. He regularly represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and construction lenders in matters involving contracts, ownership, management and control issues, landlord/tenant, real estate, fraud, and related disputes. He sees disputes from many angles, promoting efficient, effective, and, where appropriate, early resolution. Hendrickson is also on the arbitrator panel of the American Arbitration Association, and a faculty member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.

The award’s namesake, Hale Davenport, was a titan within the manufactured housing industry and president of RMHA twice. In his honor, the association created the award to honor the person or persons who have been active in the manufactured housing space and RMHA for a significant period of time.

A nonprofit trade organization, RMHA is dedicated to educating Colorado homebuyers and lawmakers about modern, precision-built manufactured and modular housing, and promoting such homes across the Centennial State.
