Cooperrider to Present at 2023 American Health Law Association National Conference
Taft partner Sara Cooperrider will present at the 2023 American Health Law Association Institute on Medicare and Medicaid Payment Issues, held from March 21-23 in Baltimore. Cooperrider will speak over the course of two days, beginning on March 22, and will co-present “Setting Up and Implementing Successful Medicare Value-Based Care Arrangements and Operating within the Stark and AntiKickback Statute Safe Harbors.”

Cooperrider focuses her practice on transactional, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement work for health care providers.
