Copeland and Ulbricht to Speak at AIM Municipal Law Seminar XXXX
Taft attorneys Beth Copeland and Ashley Ulbricht will present “Unsafe Buildings” at the Municipal Law Seminar XXXX being held June 22-23 in Noblesville. The conference is hosted by Aim and the Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association and is designed to keep local government attorneys informed of important legislative and case-law changes.

Copeland has significant experience representing municipalities, municipal employees and elected officials in both state and federal courts. Copeland has advised clients in public negotiations, eminent domain issues, proposed legislation and transactional matters. She has served as lead counsel on several cases and has successfully briefed and presented oral arguments to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Indiana Supreme Court and Indiana Court of Appeals.
Ulbricht focuses her municipal practice on litigation with a concentration on redevelopment, real estate, utility and telecommunications, zoning and planning, land use, construction project management, code enforcement litigation, public safety discipline, contract negotiation, and employment law. She is the Indiana State Chair for the International Municipal Lawyers Association and is a member of the Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association where she has served on its litigation and utilities committees.
