Taft welcomes new attorney Stephen M. Cramarosso  to the firm’s Chicago office.

Serving as Counsel to Taft’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance and Venture Capital and Emerging Companies practice groups, Cramarosso brings valuable experience in business and finance to the firm. He advises clients on legal matters relating to general corporate law, business operations and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Taft, Cramarosso most recently worked at an Illinois law firm where he focused on civil litigation matters including real estate and business disputes and employment law. He also counseled clients on tax matters, corporate structuring and bankruptcy matters. Cramarosso has also gained valuable experience in bankruptcy and business law as an attorney at a large bankruptcy firm.

Cramarosso obtained his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in political science and organizational psychology from DePaul University. He is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association and a volunteer with the Lawyer to Lawyer Mentoring Program.
