Cyndi Stovall Selected to Join American College of Real Estate Lawyers in Colorado
Taft, fka Sherman & Howard, partner Cyndi Stovall has been selected to join the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). ACREL members are selected for their outstanding legal ability, wealth of experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct. Stovall joins fellow Taft attorney Robert Brown on the list of Colorado members.
ACREL is the select national association of preeminent commercial real estate lawyers focused on service to clients, colleagues, and the profession. Admission is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process.
“It’s an honor to become a member of such a prestigious organization,” said Stovall. “I see this as an opportunity to contribute to the advancement of real estate law – for fellow attorneys, clients, and the community as a whole.”
Recognized by Chambers and Partners and Best Lawyers in America, Stovall leads the Taft Real Estate group in the Mountain West. She assists clients in navigating complex transactional, development, land use, and operational matters over the life cycle of their real estate assets. Her work includes representing developers and operators of mid- and large-scale industrial, office, retail, residential, and mixed-use projects; assisting landlords and tenants in retail, office, and industrial leasing; strategizing common interest community structures to allow flexibility and protect expectations; and coordinating project design with local planning and zoning and building requirements.
Taft real estate partner Kiamesha-Sylvia G. Colom of the firm’s Indianapolis office has also been selected to join ACREL.
