Taft attorneys Kimberly DalSanto and Will Gardner will present at the Indiana Sustainability Summit for Manufacturers on Nov. 1. The conference, hosted by the Indiana Manufacturers Association, will bring together a diverse group of leaders and decision-makers from across various business sectors to hear from speakers and panelists on bench making strategies, best practices, and trends in the sustainability arena. DalSanto and Gardner will present “How the SEC’s Proposed Climate-Related Disclosures Are Expected to Impact Indiana Manufacturers.”

DalSanto is an associate in Taft’s Environmental and Litigation practice groups. She concentrates her practice in the fields of commercial, civil, and environmental litigation. DalSanto also has significant experience guiding clients on environmental compliance matters involving state and federal environmental laws, issues pertaining to the transfer of contaminated or potentially contaminated property, and insurance recovery.

Gardner is a partner in Taft’s Environmental practice group. He focuses his practice on environmental compliance and permitting; complex environmental litigation and permit appeals; managing environmental remediation projects; and advising clients on environmental due diligence.
