Taft partner Kimberly DalSanto has been selected as a finalist in the law category for the 2024 Indy’s Best & Brightest Awards. The awards program was created by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana to recognize the next generation of leaders in our community. The event honors 100 of central Indiana’s most outstanding young professionals, age 40 and under, in 10 different industries. DalSanto concentrates her practice in the fields of commercial litigation and environmental law. She has experience in all aspects of litigation, and has represented clients in both state and federal court in cases involving complex business, construction, environmental, and probate matters. She also regularly helps clients navigate compliance and transactional issues involving local, state, and federal environmental laws. DalSanto has been recognized as “Ones to Watch” by Best Lawyers® for her work in commercial litigation and a “Best Lawyers” for environmental law. She has also been named a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers® in environmental law.
