DalSanto to Moderate ISBA Environmental Law Panel

Taft partner Kimberly DalSanto will be emceeing a panel discussion on the implications of two recent U. S. Supreme Court decisions, including the overturning of Chevron, at this year’s Indiana State Bar Association’s (ISBA) Environmental Law Summer CLE and Social. The program will take place on Aug. 28 at the ISBA office in Indianapolis. In addition to hearing from the panelists, attendees will get the opportunity to connect with other environmental law practitioners and hear updates on recent changes in Indiana environmental law.
