Dasgupta Lectures at Ave Maria School of Law
On March 6, Taft partner Sohan Dasgupta, Ph.D., delivered a lecture at the Ave Maria School of Law on national security and the U.S. Constitution. He discussed the Constitution’s structural fortifications as well as various national security issues.
Dasgupta is a strategic and experienced problem-solver representing clients before the U.S. Supreme Court, federal and state appellate and trial courts, government agencies, state legislatures, and Congress. His practice includes trial and appellate litigation, public law, investigations, regulatory and compliance matters, and international disputes. Dasgupta served as the Deputy General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and as Special Counsel of the U.S. Department of Education.
