Dasgupta Speaks at Berkeley Law
On Sept. 3, Taft partner Sohan Dasgupta, Ph.D., delivered a speech at the University of California at Berkeley School of Law. He addressed the future of the financial markets in light of the Supreme Court’s most recent administrative law decisions. Dasgupta said, “The consequences of those cases, taken together, might reverberate for years to come.”
