Davis to Present at Dayton Chamber’s Project Enginuity Webinar on SBIR Data Rights
Taft attorney Erin Davis will be a panelist for the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce’s Project Enginuity webinar titled “New NASA Programs and How to Protect Your SBIR Data Rights” on Aug. 5. The program will include a discussion about new NASA programs and how to protect SBIR data rights. Project Enginuity is a national initiative led by the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce’s Minority Business Partnership designed to accelerate and empower Black, Latinx, and women innovators.
Davis counsels clients on all aspects of government contracts law from the pre-solicitation phase through contract closeout. She offers practical advice designed to comply with the ever-changing laws, and regulations in increasingly competitive federal acquisitions. Davis is licensed to practice law in Ohio and the District of Columbia and is admitted to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
