Deck Serves as Panelist for UDayton Global Webinar
Taft attorney Lindsey Deck was a panelist for the webinar, “International Talent, Why You Need It, and the H1B Visa,” on Sept. 3. The webinar was hosted by UDayton Global. As part of the University of Dayton experience, the UDayton Global program helps international students transition to college life by combining credit-bearing courses with additional academic support, instruction and cultural experiences.
Deck is an attorney in Taft’s Labor Relations practice group. With a proven track record in labor and employment law, Deck is experienced in immigration law, litigation, legal research, e-discovery, family law, workers’ compensation and collections.
Deck received her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. While in law school, Deck worked for a general practice firm in Saint Paul, Minn.
