Derek Tucker Accepted Into CALL Class 27
Taft partner Derek Tucker was recently accepted into Class 27 of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (CALL). Developed in 1996, CALL is an innovative program that promotes and encourages leadership and professionalism among practicing lawyers in the Greater Cincinnati area. CALL aspires to build a core of practicing attorneys in Greater Cincinnati who will lead the community ethically, professionally and with high regard for community service.
Derek is a member of Taft’s Business and Finance group. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions. He counsels venture capital funds, emerging growth companies, and mature businesses on all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, capital formation and private placements. Derek earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law
