Diamant Authors Chapter in Arbitration Technology Book
Michael H. Diamant is the lead author of the chapter “Arbitrating Technology Cases: Considerations for Businesspeople and Advocates,” published in the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law book “ADR Advocacy, Strategies, and Practices for IP and Technology Cases” (Harrie Samaras, editor).
Diamant provides clients with targeted litigation and dispute resolution services and legal advice to technology companies and other businesses facing technology-related legal issues. He is a fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA) and was appointed to the panel of international arbitrators for the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the international division of the American Arbitration Association. Diamant was named a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) (London, England) and is also a board member of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center.
