Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Article by Gordon and Lee Published in IBJ
Taft attorneys Kristine Gordon and Chou-il Lee authored the article “DEI in the workplace: Taft’s experience offers lessons for others,” which was published in the Indianapolis Business Journal on July 1. The article highlights Taft’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and discusses the firm’s efforts to make meaningful and lasting change in the workplace.

Gordon assists clients in a wide variety of civil litigation. She has experience in all aspects of litigation and has represented clients in both state and federal court cases involving complex business, employment, and environmental litigation matters.
Lee heads up the firm’s municipal practice in Indiana. He has represented numerous cities, towns, and counties on a wide-ranging spectrum of issues. In addition, Lee is actively involved in Taft’s commercial litigation group where his extensive first chair jury trial experience is utilized to help Taft achieve the best results for our clients.
Gordon and Lee serve on Taft’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
