Duncombe, Kozlowski and Wagner to Present Federal Procurement: Current Issues
Taft attorneys Barbara Duncombe, Dan Kozlowski and Bill Wagner will present “Federal Procurement: Current Issues” at a seminar hosted by the Indiana Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) on Oct. 24. The presentation will discuss teaming agreements/joint ventures and cyber security requirements.
Duncombe is chair of Taft’s Government Contracts practice and a member of the firm’s executive committee. For over 25 years, she has worked with clients in handling all types of government contract issues as well as responding to government investigations and False Claims Act cases and in conducting internal compliance investigations.
Kozlowski focuses his practice on government contracts law, government relations, land use and real estate development. Prior to joining Taft, he was the staff judge advocate for the Indiana National Guard.
Wagner focuses his practice on complex commercial and white collar litigation. He co-chairs Taft’s Privacy and Data Security Group, holding the CIPP/US and CIPP/G designations.
