Taft partner Barbara A. Duncombe will discuss the impact of the 2015 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) on women-owned small businesses (WOSB) at the Feb. 25 Small Business Forum, presented by the Greater Ohio Valley Chapter of the Women in Defense Association. 

The NDAA contains new language on how WOSBs may now receive sole source awards. Duncombe will participate in a panel discussion regarding the process for incorporating the new law into actionable policy and the potential opportunities and impact to WOSBs and the contracting community. To learn more about this event or to register click here.
