Taft attorney Barbara A. Duncombe will be a guest speaker at the Dayton Business Journal’s Spring Defense Forum on May 16. The Defense Forum includes some of the top leaders from the business, military and academic communities who will share their expert opinions on preparing for defense cuts. Duncombe will speak on legal topics related to the defense budget and the upcoming cuts.
