Dunlevey and Lampton to Present at Industry Consortium HR Managers Meeting
Taft Dayton attorneys Bob Dunlevey and Nadia Lampton have been invited to speak at the HR Managers Meeting hosted by the Central States Insulation Association (CSIA) and the Dayton Builders Exchange (DBX), on Feb. 14 in Dayton, Ohio. They’ll present “Current HR Developments and Dealing with Drugs, Alcohol and Psychological Issues in the Workplace.” The topic will focus on the increasing acts of violent behavior by psychologically impaired employees and the legal and practical challenges employers face.
Both Dunlevey and Lampton are part of the Employment and Labor Relations practice group. Both focus their practice on assisting business owners with employment-related issues, including wage-hour compliance, wrongful discharge defense and regulatory compliance, collective bargaining, OSHA, workers’ compensation, EEOC and NLRB proceedings and federal and state court litigation.
The CSIA and DBX are part of a consortium of not-for-profit construction trade associations.
