Dunlevey to Present at Multiple Construction Trade Conferences
Taft attorney Bob Dunlevey has been invited as a speaker for several construction trade conferences this spring:
- March 6 – He will present “Marijuana in the Workplace” at the Ohio PHCC Convention.
- April 9 – He will address the members of the National Electrical Contractors Association of Western Ohio on “Drugs, Alcohol and Psychological Issues” at their monthly meeting.
- April 29 – He will present on the topic of negotiation tactics at the Central States Insulation Associations’ Spring Labor Conference in French Lick, Ind.
- April 30 – He will speak at the ESICA Spring Conference in Baltimore, Md. on the topic of “Improving Competitiveness Through More Effective Collective Bargaining and Consolidation of Union Locals.”
Dunlevey is frequently invited as a guest speaker by various trade organizations as his practice focuses on assisting business owners with employment-related issues, including wage-hour compliance, wrongful discharge defense and regulatory compliance, collective bargaining, OSHA, workers’ compensation, EEOC and NLRB proceedings and federal and state court litigation. Dunlevey is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in labor and employment law. He is a member of the American, Ohio state and Dayton bar associations and is an active participant on the labor and employment law committees of each. He is also a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law.
