Ed Diller Elected Moderator-Elect of Mennonite Church USA

Cincinnati, OH – Edward D. Diller, partner-in-charge of the Cincinnati office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, has been elected Moderator-Elect of the Mennonite Church USA at the National Assembly in San Jose, California earlier this month.  He is now vice-chair of the Board which governs the church.

Diller will serve as the moderator at the National Assembly in 2009, which will be held in Columbus, Ohio.  He also served as Parliamentarian at this year’s event.

Diller, a resident of Fort Thomas, Kentucky, is a partner in the firm’s Business and Finance Department, and is a member of the Executive, Development and Diversity Committees.  Diller practices primarily in the areas of real estate, health care and general corporate law. 

After receiving his undergraduate degree from Bluffton University, Diller attended the University of Oregon and later received his law degree from Harvard Law School.  He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 1987 and has been included among the 100 Ohio Super Lawyers listings jointly developed by the publishers of Cincinnati Magazine and Law & Politics magazine.  Diller also is listed in Chambers USA
