Eddy Honored by Washington State College of Ohio Foundation as a 2024 WSCO Distinguished Alumnus
Taft Dayton attorney Zachary Eddy was recently honored with a 2024 Washington State College of Ohio (WSCO) Distinguished Alumnus award from the WSCO Foundation at its annual reception on Dec. 4. The award celebrates graduates who embody the values of community service and professional leadership in alignment with the college’s mission.
Alongside his professional accomplishments, Zach is deeply committed to community involvement. He has volunteered his time with several nonprofit organizations, including Hunger Solutions of the Mid-Ohio Valley and the Dayton Area Logistics Association. In 2023, he joined the WSCO Foundation Board of Directors, advocating for the college that served as the launching point for his distinguished career.
Eddy has extensive experience representing clients in corporate mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance transactions and commercial real estate transactions. In addition to his corporate transactional work, Zach has considerable experience in all areas of energy law, including oil and gas and pipeline litigation, real estate litigation, real estate/midstream/upstream transactional matters, and title curative matters.
