Colom serves as the Real Estate practice group lead for the Indianapolis office. She focuses her practice in the areas of real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, sale leaseback transactions, and real estate municipality work), real estate lending and commercial finance transactions, and related business transactions.

Engel represents and advises developers, landlords, tenants, municipalities, health care providers, and a variety of private sector businesses in the acquisition, disposition, financing, operation, and management of commercial real estate. He also counsels clients in renewable energy projects, joint venture agreements, and public-private partnerships for real estate development and redevelopment.
