Taft partner Chris Engel has been selected as a finalist in the law category for the 2023 Indy’s Best & Brightest Awards. The awards program was created by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana to recognize the next generation of leaders in our community. The event honors 100 of central Indiana’s most outstanding young professionals, age 40 and under, in 10 different industries. Engel will be recognized along with other finalists at an awards recognition event on March 23. Read more about the event here.

Engel focuses his practice on commercial real estate, where he represents and advises developers, landlords, tenants, municipalities, health care providers, and a variety of private sector businesses in the acquisition, disposition, financing, zoning, operation, and management of the commercial real estate. He also counsels clients in renewable energy projects, joint venture agreements, and public-private partnerships for real estate development and redevelopment.
