Taft Minneapolis attorneys Jamie Erickson and Benjamin Kajer will speak at the Independent Community Bankers of Minnesota (ICBM) Lender Network event on Oct. 12. Erickson is an attorney in the firm’s finance practice, where she represents national and local lenders in complex commercial financings. She focuses her practice on real estate finance, including multi-family housing projects, construction loans, ground lease financing, hotel projects, health care facilities, and agricultural lending.

Kajer represents all types of lenders and borrowers in complex financing facilities and structured lending transactions. He structures, negotiates, and documents a variety of finance transactions on behalf of mezzanine debt investors, banks, and other financial institutions. Kajer concentrates a significant amount of his practice on the representation of banks and other financial institutions in connection with senior and subordinate credit facilities, construction loans, and other asset-based loans.
