Taft attorney Leah Fleck will be a speaker at the CFA Society of Minnesota’s InvestMNt Conference on Aug. 9. She will participate in the panel session titled “Authenticity in ESG.” The panelists will discuss how to identify when companies are overstating their ESG action and give clarity on what authentic, impactful investing looks like. 

Fleck’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, and corporate governance. She has considerable experience representing issuers in registered offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities. She also counsels business clients in a range of industries on general corporate matters.
