Foisy and Johnson Join Metropolitan Club’s Roebling Society
Taft Northern Kentucky attorneys Ken Foisy and Amanda Johnson were selected for membership in the Metropolitan Club’s Roebling Society, which invites rising stars based on their leadership and achievements in the community. Founded in 2018, the Roebling Society seeks to identify and unite Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky’s next generation of business and community leaders to guide the region to its highest potential.
Foisy and Johnson are members of Taft’s Corporate Compliance and White Collar Criminal Defense practice group.
Foisy focuses his practice on advising clients about regulatory, compliance, and criminal matters in many areas, including, health care, financial fraud, and complex criminal investigations. He often manages the response to federal and state grand jury subpoenas, search warrants, administrative subpoenas, and corporate internal investigations. His practice also includes civil matters brought against clients that directly impact ongoing criminal matters.
Johnson has in-depth litigation experience in federal and state courts in Kentucky and Ohio, serving individuals and businesses of all sizes in complex white-collar criminal cases, corporate compliance matters, and conducting internal investigations. She is also experienced in representing individuals before administrative bodies and professional licensing boards.
