Former Indiana Securities Commissioner Joins Taft
Taft Law is pleased to welcome Alex Glass as of counsel in its Indianapolis office.
Glass joins Taft after spending six years as the Securities Commissioner for the Indiana Secretary of State, where he led all registration, enforcement, and education operations of the Indiana Securities Division. Before his appointment, he served in the roles of Chief Deputy Securities Commissioner, Enforcement Attorney, and Enforcement Investigator.
He counsels business clients with all aspects of securities law, including the structuring of public and private securities offerings and merger and acquisition, reorganization, tender offer, and going-private transactions.
Glass earned his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and his B.S. from Indiana University.
