Fretwell Selected for Class XX of IndyBar’s Bar Leader Series
Taft attorney Tristan Fretwell has been selected to participate in the Class XX of the IndyBar Bar Leader Series. The Bar Leader Series is a year-long leadership development program designed to develop lawyers for future opportunities in leadership roles in the business and legal communities. Through the Bar Leader Series, participants learn what it means to be a leader, gain insight vital to leaders in the community and learn how to communicate, motivate, inspire and succeed not only in their law career, but also in service to professional, political, judicial, civic and community organizations.
Fretwell is an associate in Taft’s Indianapolis office focusing on commercial litigation and employment law. With experience representing businesses, organizations, and individuals in federal and state courts, in addition to administrative agencies, Fretwell’s practice includes navigating commercial and employment-related disputes through all phases of litigation and advising clients regarding the legal issues impacting their workforce and employment practices. He also gained extensive experience with the federal courts while serving as a law clerk to Chief Judge Tanya Walton Pratt of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
