Gilbertson leads Taft’s Employment and Labor Relations practice group for the Minneapolis office. She assists companies with navigating legal issues, managing risk, and defending against claims arising out of employment relationships. Gilbertson practices primarily in the areas of employment litigation, employment counseling, restrictive covenants, and internal investigations.
