Grady Guest Lecturer at The University of Wisconsin-Madison
Taft Chicago partner Graham Grady was a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Real Estate Department course Urban and Regional Economics. His presentation was focused on zoning, land use and entitlements. The students appreciated Mr. Grady’s insights and expertise on zoning boards, regulations and permits, and his specific examples of how zoning laws impact the development of real estate projects.
Grady advises real estate developers, investors, and property owners on land use entitlements and economic incentives. He helps secure necessary approvals and land developments in the Chicago metropolitan area and throughout the Midwest. Grady formerly served as the City of Chicago Zoning Administrator and Commissioner of Buildings. He currently serves on the board of directors of World Business Chicago and was selected to join the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
