Grady to Serve as Chair of Cook County Economic Development Advisory Committee
Taft Chicago partner Graham Grady has been selected to serve as Chair for the Cook County Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC). The Committee, appointed by Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle, advises the Cook County Bureau of Economic Development on effective planning, goal-setting, policies, programming, investments, and incentives. EDAC members represent a broad array of public, private, and non-profit sector interests in Cook County.
Grady advises real estate developers, investors, and property owners on land use entitlements and economic incentives. He helps secure necessary approvals for land developments in the Chicago metropolitan area and throughout the Midwest. Grady formerly served as the City of Chicago Zoning Administrator and Commissioner of Buildings. He currently serves on the board of directors of World Business Chicago and was selected to join the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
