Grady will participate in a panel discussion “Advancing Equitable Development and Inclusive Growth with Chicago Emerging Minority Developer Initiative” at the Bisnow Construction & Development Chicago event, Creating a Safe, Healthy, & Equitable City, on Nov. 4. Panelists will discuss advancing equitable development and inclusive growth with the initiative, which strives to source and build a pipeline of community-focused developers from minority communities to participate in commercial real estate development projects city-wide.

Grady focuses his practice on real estate development and government relations and represents not-for-profit organizations. He helps secure the necessary approvals for land developments in the Chicago metropolitan area. Grady received his B.A. from the University of Illinois and earned his J.D., with honors, from Northwestern University School of Law.
