Gray Appointed to WELD National Board of Directors
Taft Cleveland associate LaTessa Gray has been appointed to the Women for Economic and Leadership Development (WELD) National Board of Directors.
WELD develops and advances women’s leadership to strengthen the economic prosperity of the communities it serves. WELD provides women with specific tools to enhance their individual economic status, and builds programs, events and a community to support female leadership development and business growth.
Gray is a member of Taft’s Intellectual Property and Franchise groups. She counsels clients on a variety of intellectual property-related matters and assists with patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret matters for a variety of local and national clients. Tessa also assists franchisors with franchise creation, helps franchisees identify and pursue potential franchise opportunities, and helps clients grow their businesses with a focus on franchising and other licensing opportunities.
