Founded in 1905, The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland is the fifth oldest legal aid organization in the United States. The organization handles cases that impact basic needs such as health, shelter and safety, economics and education, and access to justice.
Gray is an associate in Taft’s Intellectual Property and Franchise groups. She counsels clients on a variety of intellectual property-related matters and assists with patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret matters for a variety of local and national clients. She also assists franchisors with franchise creation, helps franchisees identify and pursue potential franchise opportunities, and helps clients grow their businesses with a focus on franchising and other licensing opportunities.
